KNIFE GATE VALVE
The AVK 702‑10‑103 (AVK002AX) is a lug/wafer knife gate valve engineered for wastewater applications, featuring a non-rising stainless-steel stem operated via a handwheel. Designed for durability and minimal maintenance, it boasts a full and plain bore, self-cleaning action, and a plane-bottom profile to prevent sediment buildup. Constructed from ductile iron with anti-corrosion coatings, it includes a replaceable NBR+PTFE packing gland, bolstered by a steel-sprung U-seal. Suitable for a temperature range of 0–80 °C (up to 90 °C), it handles pressures up to 10 bar, with standard testing at approximately 15 bar. Approved under PED and ATEX standards and available in DN 50–600 sizes, it complies with EN‑558‑1 and EN‑1092‑2 norms. The valve’s robust build—stainless gate, sturdy stem, captive bolts—and modular design ensure long service life in demanding environments.
