OS&Y (OUTSIDE SCREW&YOKE) GATE VALVES
The AVK 45‑56‑001 is a UL/FM-approved resilient-seated gate valve with flanged ends and a rising stem (OS&Y design), ideal for fire protection systems. It is available in sizes DN 50–400, with a working pressure of up to 17 bar (250 psi) for smaller sizes and 13.7 bar (200 psi) for larger sizes. The ductile iron wedge is fully vulcanized with EPDM rubber, ensuring a tight seal and low operating torque. Key features include a triple-sealed stuffing box, corrosion-resistant materials, and a full-bore design for minimal flow loss. The valve meets ANSI B16.10 face-to-face dimensions and is fusion-bonded epoxy coated for long-term durability.
